1. San Francisco 49ers (5–0)
- Week 5 Result: W, 32–29 at Seattle Seahawks
- Analysis & Stats: Taking over the No. 1 spot, the 49ers won a thriller in Seattle. Brock Purdy connected with Mike Evans for key conversions, maintaining a league-best 149.9 passer rating when targeting Evans this season. San Francisco stays perfect at 5–0.
2. Kansas City Chiefs (4–0)
- Week 5 Result: Bye Week
- Analysis & Stats: Slipping just one spot to No. 2 due to San Francisco’s huge divisional road win, the 4–0 Chiefs enter their bye rested and ready for the next quarter of the schedule.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars (4–1)
- Week 5 Result: W, 19–17 vs. Philadelphia Eagles (London)
- Analysis & Stats: Jacksonville holds strong at No. 3 after winning an international duel in London. Cam Little nailed a game-winning field goal in the final seconds to lock up the Jaguars' 4th win. Overall, could've played better but got the job done and are sitting at 4-1 and top of the AFC South.
4. Minnesota Vikings (5–0)
- Week 5 Result: W, 23–13 at New Orleans Saints
- Analysis & Stats: Surging up to No. 4, Minnesota improved to a flawless 5–0. Their defense suffocated New Orleans on the road, while the offense leaned on steady clock management. Kyler Murray threw 24/30 for 229 yards and a beautiful touchdown throw to Justin Jefferson, and if this offense can be consistently good, they will be a threat for the NFC in January.

15. Atlanta Falcons (2–3)
